10:30 Simplifying Planning, Building and Operations – despite AI and the Cloud
Too many tools don’t solve problems – they often create new ones.
This masterclass shows why many digitalization initiatives fail before they even truly begin – and how to approach it differently. Alysia shares insights from real client projects and explains how companies make better decisions – not by adding more tools, but by changing their approach.A short impulse for anyone looking to build a more sustainable, simpler and future-ready way of working.

12:15 Why certifications do not make buildings more sustainable
In the construction industry, sustainability is often assessed at the end of the process – when the most important decisions have long since been made. This presentation shows why certifications alone do not make buildings more sustainable and how an early, data-based look at CO₂ opens up real design possibilities.

10:30 Rethinking construction processes: Linking digital solutions with innovative and collaborative toolss
The presentation highlights the transformation in the construction industry and demonstrates how digital technologies, innovative tools, and collaborative methods can make construction processes more efficient, transparent, and future-ready. The starting point is the set of challenges such as skilled labor shortages, increasing complexity, and sustainability requirements.
Three key levers are introduced:
Digitalization: The use of BIM for model-based coordination, sensor technology for quality assurance, digital construction platforms (e.g., Fieldwire), and equipment/material management with On!Track enhance transparency and productivity.
Collaborative Tools & Methods: Approaches such as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Lean Construction, and Common Data Environments (CDE) foster collaboration, minimize conflicts, and enable a unified data foundation.
Innovative Tools: Prefabrication, exoskeletons, drilling robots (Jaibot), 3D printing, and cobots increase precision, reduce physical strain, and shorten construction times. Finally, a look ahead to the possible future is provided: Automation, AI, digital twins, and image processing are expected to support complex decisions and processes in an automated way – with the ultimate goal of automatically answering the questions “What? Where? How?” in building services installations.

12:00 Turbo-Charging Design – AI as a Tool for Faster Thinking, Not Better Answers
Artificial intelligence is fundamentally accelerating the design process – not by providing better answers, but by allowing us to think faster. More precisely: to iterate, test, and make ideas visible in a fraction of the time. In this context, AI becomes a new tool in the design process – a catalyst for exploration rather than decision-making. It expands the field of possibilities while simultaneously reframing questions of quality, precision, and control. Using concrete examples from the practice of JASPER ARCHITECTS, we will demonstrate how AI is applied in design today: as a tool to reduce repetitive tasks, unlock new directions, and accelerate the creative process. At the same time, it addresses the challenges involved – the ambiguity of results, the risk of arbitrariness, and the growing importance of prompting as a new discipline to be mastered. AI expands the field - intent remains with us.

10:30 From old stock to the future: what do we do with unused properties?
This panel will discuss how unused and non-green existing properties can be used in the future. What approaches are there to develop these properties sensibly and make them sustainable in the long term? Our experts will share their ideas on how such properties can be converted or revitalized in order to create new benefits and fully exploit their potential.

14:30 TEDAMOS CraneCam & DroneCam – automated construction site documentation
More than just a WebCam:
- The CraneCam provides precise, traceable data on a daily basis for planning, monitoring, and documentation. High-resolution cameras mounted on the crane boom capture the current progress of construction.
- Our automated and certified DroneCam solutions also document your construction site daily with centimeter-level accuracy. The automated drone can thus easily cover large construction projects such as rail and road construction or large construction sites.
Daily results
- georeferenced orthophotos accurate to the centimeter
- Elevation model
- 3D point cloud
All data can be interactively visualized in the TEDAMOS web portal and overlaid with plans.
We demonstrate

15:00 Context over snapshots: Creating value with 360° reality capture and AI
Construction projects generate large volumes of visual information, yet classic photos often remain isolated snapshots with limited context and comparability. AI-powered 360° reality capture structures visual data spatially and over time, systematically linking it to plans and project progress. This makes changes and progress traceable, deviations easier to identify, and visual information comparable across the project. The result is a shared, objective view of reality that improves transparency, coordination, and confidence in decision-making across complex construction environments.
