Kai Backeberg is Construction Director at Premier Inn Holding GmbH, a hotel group on a strong expansion course with currently over 60 open hotels and a further 40 secured hotels in Germany and Austria.

With his 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, he has held a wide variety of management positions on the entrepreneurial and employer side. As an all-rounder, Kai Backeberg has always had overall responsibility for both technical and commercial matters and is characterized by his focus on organizational development, restructuring and realignment, both as a strategist and as an executor.
