Antje Eichler

Dr Eichler studied process engineering/environmental technology and began her professional career as a research assistant at the TH Köthen. She obtained her doctorate at Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg and continued her career as a project manager for environmental technology at GUTmbH. She then worked as a research assistant in the field of fire protection and health protection at the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) and later worked in the Federal Ministry for the Environment in the field of radiation protection before working as a consultant for the environment, standardisation and occupational safety at the Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie e.V. (HDB). Since September 2024, she has been head of the Building Construction, Sustainability and Standardisation division at the German Construction Industry Association (HDB).
