Als Allrounder jonglierte er mehrere visionäre Innovationsprogramme, wie z.B. die erste Blockchain in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder Robotics im Immobilienbetrieb. In seiner Doktorarbeit entwickelte er ein Modell zur Messung des Mehrwertes von CREM und FM am Unternehmenserfolg.
