Tobias Richter

Tobias Richter is the Managing Director of TimeLEAN GmbH, a small-sized company based in Halle (Saale) with 25 employees. After studying geography at the University of Halle (Saale), he began his professional career in 2010 as an external project manager for Deutsche Bahn projects. In 2014, he took on the role of Lean Manager and used his expertise for the first time in the successfully realized large-scale project of the marshalling yard in Halle (Saale). At the beginning of 2019, he founded TimeLEAN GmbH, which offers a software solution that enables and builds on the lean construction method. They also support customers directly on the project through their trained project managers. This combination has proven particularly successful in projects for Deutsche Bahn.
