As Business Developer, Stefan Klotz is responsible for the strategic development of Haufe-Lexware Real Estate AG's housing industry product portfolio.

The graduate business economist and industrial clerk has been working in the real estate and housing industry since 2000. During his many years in the industry, Stefan Klotz has acquired a wealth of industry knowledge as a project manager and IT consultant and has dealt intensively with topics such as digital plan archives, real estate marketing systems and traffic safety solutions.

In his current role, he is particularly concerned with the future question of how CO2 emissions in the housing industry can be reduced through sustainable and digital processes.
