Simone Walser

Simone Walser has been responsible for Innovation Management at STRABAG Real Estate (SRE), one of Europe's leading project developers with 18 locations in 8 countries, since 2019.

She previously headed the project management team at the Frankfurt office and worked for various architectural firms before joining SRE. As a trained draughtswoman and qualified architect, she has many years of experience in the planning, development and realization of real estate.

Her focus is on the strategic development of the areas of sustainability (ESG) and digitalization. This includes both internal processes and the development of sustainable and innovative buildings.

It is important to her that digitalization and sustainability are considered together and that the potential of digital planning is used to develop buildings sustainably from the outset.
