Philipp Luckas is Executive Assistant (Strategy & Business Development) to the CEO at Sonar Real Estate, where he plays a key role in shaping strategic processes and business development. He brings a wide range of expertise from various areas of the real estate industry and has a particular focus on the application of artificial intelligence. He actively promotes this not only through his work at Sonar Real Estate, but also through a further education program at TU Delft. He attaches great importance to ethical responsibility in order to integrate AI innovations into the industry in a future-oriented and sustainable manner.
In addition to his professional role at Sonar Real Estate, Philipp Luckas is involved in leading industry networks and think tanks. He is part of the MAT Think Tank (“30 under 30” of the German real estate industry) and a member of the MAT Board, where he questions established structures and provides new impetus. In the ZIA Innovation Think Tank (ITT), he acts as a hub between key industry players and as a juror for the annual “Innovations Radar”, which provides a comprehensive overview of current real estate innovations.
In addition, Philipp Luckas has been ULI Young Leader Chair Hamburg since 2024, where he creates a platform that connects young talents internationally and across generations. As ULI YL City Ambassador between Hamburg and Paris, he promotes exchange on urban challenges and sustainable urban development. In addition, he contributes his perspective to the ICG Next Gen Advisory Board to provide important impetus on governance and social impact issues.
