Patrik Lindvall has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been working with VDC since 2008, focusing on the organizational changes required for successful digitalization. Having worked in both the manufacturing and construction industries, he has focused intensively on the challenges of digital transformation since 2016. Particularly in construction, digitalization is a key factor in increasing productivity, requiring organizations and employees to embrace new ways of working and adopt new technologies.
