Nils Klatte

As Managing Director of DieFabrik, Nils Klatte is part of a team that specializes in planning innovative architectural projects - from single-family homes and data centers to modular timber construction projects. He has been intensively involved with BIM for more than 15 years and brings his in-depth technical understanding to architecture thanks to his training as a metal worker and his experience as a lecturer at Jade University. In the architectural office, this know-how about processes and automation solutions is combined with high architectural standards by focusing on people as users. Nils Klatte and his office have also been advising renowned planning offices and clients on digital transformation and process optimization for many years. In-house product developments such as tools for CO₂ balancing in early planning phases based on architectural planning form the link between architecture and digital transformation.
