Nadja Hofmann

Nadja is CEO and co-founder of Bricksdock. She has worked in various positions in the real estate industry for over 20 years and, after working for EY, Jones Lang LaSalle and Intreal KVG, spent around eight years at Aquila Capital, an international fund and investment house in Hamburg, most recently as COO for Central and Northern Europe. From 2021 to 2023, she was Chief Investment Officer of EXPORO, a platform for digital real estate investments, where she was responsible for all real estate activities. Nadja holds a degree in business administration with a focus on real estate and finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate from GSU in Atlanta, GA, USA. She is also a board member of gpti (German Platform for Technology and Innovation).
