As Head of Asset Management, Kai Uhlig has been responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire real estate portfolio of BNP Paribas REIM Germany since November 1, 2024. With his extensive expertise and experience in digitalization and the automation of asset management, he consistently drives the reduction of the carbon footprint at portfolio level and pursues BNP Paribas REIM's sustainability strategy with holistic asset management. His goal is to create ESG-optimized properties that add value to their tenants and the environment beyond their property boundaries.
Before joining BNPP REIM, Kai Uhlig was Regional Head Asset Management South Central at Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany.
