Jonas Trosse

Jonas Trosse, a graduate civil engineer, brings intercultural experience, innovative strength and a clear focus on the essentials. Born in Berlin and after working in Africa, Latin America and the USA, his family returned to Germany in the 1990s. After studying civil engineering at the University of Stuttgart, he began his career at Ed. Züblin AG in Stuttgart in 2008.
He was responsible for various projects in Germany and abroad, from planning to construction supervision. In 2019, he took on the role of Lean Officer for the Northern Directorate. There he shaped the LEAN culture and promoted the digital transformation of the Group. As part of the Group Strategy 2022, he developed a digitally supported production planning and control system.
Jonas Trosse has been Head of Central Technology at ZECH Building since July 2023. He sees digitalization as a decisive factor for the company's continued success.
