Since finishing her studies in architecture in 2018, Ilka has been working at RKW Architektur + in the construction management department. Currently she implements the BIM method in their tendering software, work significantly on the Fe:Male empowerment of their company and, as a construction management apprentice and training representative, she is involved in the training part of the construction draftsmen from performance phase 6 for their apprentices. Ilka has been married for 8 years and has two daughters aged 3 and 6.
