Dominik Drepper

Dominik Drepper has been working for more than ten years as an architect, with a strong focus on building refurbishment and the digital transformation of the planning and construction industry. His expertise lies in the development and modernization of existing buildings, particularly listed and historic structures. He is currently involved in the restoration of a listed castle for the second time in his career. His approach combines a deep understanding of historic building fabric with the opportunities offered by modern digital methods and technologies. In addition to his degree in architecture, he completed an MBA, broadening his expertise with business, management, and strategic perspectives. As Executive Assistant to the Management Board at Dälken Architektur + Generalplanung, he supports the strategic development of the company and its approximately 140 employees. His responsibilities range from organizational and location development to the acquisition of new projects. He is driven by the belief that successful construction projects are built on partnership, trust, team spirit, and a clear focus on leveraging the strengths of everyone involved.
