As Technical Director Retrofitting, Christian Bösselmann is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for the sustainable transformation of existing buildings. His focus is on energy-efficient refurbishment, resource-conscious modernization, and the integration of innovative planning and construction processes for existing buildings. He coordinates interdisciplinary planning teams, guides projects from the analysis of existing structures through to the implementation of sustainable refurbishment concepts, and thereby strengthens the Retrofitting division within the company.
