Andreas Radischewski, Head of Construction Services and Digital Building Solution & Transformation Manager at Xella International, has been driving the harmonization of planning processes and technologies across the Xella Group since 2017. In this capacity, he leads the strategic development and implementation of digital planning standards and oversees the group-wide rollout of blue.sprint together with an experienced team of BIM managers. As a trained architect with extensive experience in implementing and advancing digital planning methodologies, he plays a key role in shaping Xella’s digital transformation and in strengthening the company’s capabilities in efficient, future‑oriented construction processes.
