Laura Schneegaß is an experienced architect and a project manager at HOCHTIEF Infrastructure in the department of business development. She is responsible for complex building projects, acting as an interface between clients and project board. She leads the external commissioned architects and specialist engineers through all stages of planning and construction. Using the latest technologies, such as BIM-methods and automatically generated planning workflows, planning processes are successfully structured and managed to add value for all project participants.
