For the past five years, Dirk Werner has been the BIM coordinator responsible for implementing digital methods in the Infrastructure South division at the Max Bögl Group. He oversees projects operationally and also leads internal development projects on the topic of digitization. In 2021, he founded bld:it - Werner & Schlei Ingenieure as a sideline. The startup advises companies on how they can use new digital technologies to optimize planning and construction processes and thus save time and costs.
