Carl von Stechow

Carl von Stechow is Managing Director of the Cube Real Estate Nord location in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. He has many years of experience in the real estate industry with various positions at Engel & Völkers, Pamera Real Estate and founded the real estate crowdinvesting platform ZINSLAND after an employment at VIVUM GmbH. In 2019, he initiated the merger of ZINSLAND to Exporo AG, where he strengthened the management team as a board member. In 2020, he moved to the Rhineland-based project developer Cube Real Estate. In all stations, he has worked on the digitalization of the real estate industry and founded the German PropTech Initiative e. V. with other entrepreneurs in 2015 and has been its board member since then.
