Kinga Klepaczewski (M. Sc. Business Education) works as a project manager in the field of "digital technologies and innovative business development" at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH.

In addition to the coordination and interface function between digital technologies and innovative business development and the departments, Kinga Klepaczewski develops digital learning media for the business entities of Deutsche Bahn. Especially digital learning solutions for education and training are based on gamification aspects which are didactically and methodically customized for technical professions in construction.
