From 2005 to 2012, Dr. Rolf Bösinger worked in various areas at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. This included heading the management and planning staff until 2008, followed by heading the department for fundamental issues, pension finances, innovation and information until 2010 and heading the group "Corporate-related activities of a future-oriented working world - corporate social responsibility (CSR)" until 2012. In 2012, Dr. Rolf Bösinger moved to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. There he was initially head of the planning staff of the Senate Chancellery. From 2015, this was followed by a position as State Councillor at the Ministry of Economics, Transport and Innovation (Department of Economics and Innovation). In 2018, Dr. Rolf Bösinger returned to Berlin as State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance, where he worked until his move to the new Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction. Dr. Rolf Bösinger has been State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction since December 2021.
