Amir Elmahdi is the head of Digitalisation. In his current strategic role, he focuses on two key areas: to improve the effectiveness of the business and pursue research and development. For the first part, he developed best practices for the projects to ensure that technologies are used properly in our projects and that the expected results are achieved for us and our clients. When it comes to R & D; as the construction industry evolves, it becomes increasingly difficult to challenge the current practice and look beyond what is foreseen, known and expected. his role in research and development is to constantly push boundaries and make ideas fit for the future.
