Joachim Kuhn

oachim Kuhn is the managing partner of TechDesign GmbH, one of the renowned engineering firms for specialist planning of the mechanical trades of TGA on the German planning market. He has succeeded in ensuring that TechDesign - with approx. 50 employees and 3 locations - is associated with innovative and ecologically certified high-rise buildings in Germany: TK Elevator TestTurm Rottweil, Opera-, Taunus- , Marien- and OmniTurm in Frankfurt are only 5 of them! Mr. Kuhn promotes the networked working method of planning and modeling through the use of BIM for himself, his company and the construction projects in this context and is an enthusiastic supporter through his passion for creative innovations in the planning sector. In his further function as managing director of TKD² GmbH, which offers complete planning "from a single source" as a merger of two engineering offices of the mechanical and electrical TGA trades, Mr. Kuhn, together with the SIGNA group of companies in Hamburg, is currently implementing the most spectacular high-rise project in Germany: the ElbTower, about which he, as a representative speaker for Mr. Torben Vogelgesang (SIGNA), will speak at the Summit.
