Since 1988, Hans-Jörg Kamp has held various positions in companies inside and outside Bayer AG, always in functions related to process and production plant engineering with projects in Germany, China, USA, Thailand and India. Since 2007 he has held various management positions at Bayer AG. Currently Mr. Kamp is Head of Construction Management and Construction Manager in a large pharmaceutical project (300 M €).
