Nikolai Roth is Chairman of the Board of the German PropTech Initiative e.V. and has been writing on PropTech.de since 2016 about the digitization of the real estate industry. In addition, Roth founded Maklaro in 2013 as the first online real estate agent and sold his company to Hypoport SE in 2019.
