Manuel Frey

Manuel Frey is a digital doer and pioneer in the conception, planning and optimization of high-performance buildings. As Head of Digital Planning, Building Climate & Simulations at Gruner, he oversees the areas of digital strategy, change management and process optimization. In addition, as Head of Early Stage Design, he manages the service areas of strategic planning with ESG portfolio analysis and technical due diligence of individual assets, feasibility studies in sustainable project & site development and digital competitions. Manuel Frey is actively involved in association work and in teaching and research as a lecturer on the topic of model-based simulation / sustainability.
