Karl Huber (Dipl.-ing TUM 1978) provided the theoretical basis for the perspective change to capacity-oriented construction sequence planning and control and ensured the implementation with DIMES8. Over 8 years (in addition to school and study) in his father's construction business, 17 years in the construction industry and almost 30 years as an independent construction and project manager led to the realization that processes (= space and time states) are always the result of a performance. This allows sequence planning and control to be automated to a large extent.
