Felix Enge

Felix Enge graduated in civil engineering in 2003 with a specialization in theoretical methods, foundation engineering and soil mechanics. After his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Construction Informatics at the TU Berlin and received his doctorate in the field of model-based scheduling. From 2009 to 2012, Felix Enge led the research project "IT-supported methods for the design of planning and execution of construction processes". The results led him to found Sablono GmbH. There, as managing director, he was responsible for corporate development, product strategy and sales. From 2015 to 2020, Felix Enge was employed as a consultant at Staufen AG. Here he managed projects in the construction industry as well as in mechanical and plant engineering. Felix Enge supports customers in the holistic design of project execution processes according to the lean philosophy. The focus of his work includes leadership and change processes. Since June 2020, Felix Enge has been managing director at Makeo GmbH. Makeo develops a web-based project management platform for the digital planning and control of construction projects.
