As an architect, Matthias Bendel has been a pioneer in CAD implementation since the early 1990s. Beside planning tasks and 3D design always responsible for administration, organization and the optimal work process. By End of the 1990s, the emergence of the Internet led to consulting and management of virtual collaboration in large-scale projects within online project platforms as precursors of the Common Data Environment (CDE). BAUFENSTER.DE since 2017 established the 'Project-Information-Model' as requirement and acceptance basis for the value creation of all digital results including BIM (deliverables) and accompanies projects with administration, support and quality assurance.
