Mark Felix Rettberg

Mark Felix is a BIM strategist and BIM implementation expert. He lived in Norway from 2008 to 2019, during which time he worked as a Senior Løsningsrådgiver BIM, BIM Strategist and Head of BIM helping leading companies in Scandinavia to develop and implement today's BIM processes. In 2016 he founded his consultancy Rettberg Consulting and since then he has been advising engineering companies, contractors and manufacturers worldwide to understand the operational and strategic value of BIM, and to successfully execute and implement BIM. With his webinar series and coaching programmes "Master Your BIM Implementation - Overcome Common Obstacles And Challenges", "Make Them See! - How To Visualize The Strategic Impact Of BIM" and "Psychology Of Change - How Individuals And Organizations Respond To Change" he has reached and coached more than 1,000 BIM experts worldwide since Oct 2020. He believes the challenge with BIM is to simplify the complex. Not the other way around!
