More than 25 years of professional experience in complex civil engineering and tunneling infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, railroads, bridges, both in design and construction and contract management. Of which more than 12 years in PPP/PPP as team leader construction management and maintenance with corresponding activities in design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance. Currently also responsible in the field of sustainability in the development of photovoltaic activities of HTPPPS.
